Time has passed since I read this book so my review may be a bit sparse.

Fascinating elucidation of the history of the Biafran War between Nigerians wanting independence against those who wanted to cooperate with the British colonialists and their ultimate defeat.   The story is told through the relational problems of twin sisters who are not alike and do not get along.
