The authors, who met after both experienced the traumatic loss of family members due to the Israel-Palestine conflict, inspire me in a deep way to continue to always choose the way of peace. It's not naive or weak, it's strong, it's right, it's the only way.
This is the most important message I've heard in many years. It brought tears of joy, sadness and hope to my eyes all at once, mixed with a little fear that it can never happen. But I think what is important is wanting it to happen, wanting to live like Peace is possible. Let's live like Peace is Possible.
We can all do something. The poem at the end - so moving. But the words that Francis said to them …. The only place there is no conflict is a cemetery. Humans will disagree. It is how we deal with that. These guys show us how.
